The rate for Friday & Saturday is A$1500.00 per night

• Sunday - Thursday is A$1,200.00 per night.  
  
• Easter, long weekends - A$2,200.00 per night
  
• December 16 through to January 7 - A$5,500.00 per night

• Discounts for stays of 4 days or more.
• Minimum number of nights 2. 
• Public and school holidays and long weekends minimum number of nights 3. 

Arrival and departure details must be supplied no later than 7 days prior to arrival (or supplied at time of booking inside 7 days of travel). Check-in-time is 2pm and check-out-time is 11am. We are more than happy to arrange for you to have an early check-in or later departure if the situation allows and would ask you to inform us of this prior to your arrival. 

Bookings are not confirmed unless a deposit has been received. 

A deposit of to the value of 30% of the booking fee is required to confirm the booking - refundable if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the booking date. 

Full payment - non refundable - required 1 week before the booking date. 

A full refund is available if cancelled 2 weeks of less before the booking date only if the accommodation has been let to another guest. 

Split payments not accepted (Split payments means each or several guest paying portions of the cost - please arrange for one person to collect funds from other guests to make one payment)
